Marilyn Matelski, Owner & CEO, has been a successful entrepreneur since 1999. She has a M.S. degree in Educational Psychology and has varied experiences in the educational and workforce development sectors.

She has been an assessment practitioner since 1994 providing employee assessment services for non-profit and for-profit organizations. 

Bill Matelski, VP-Operations, has a M.S. in Management and has over thirty years of training and consulting experience in employee development techniques.

Ted Matelski, Account Representative, is responsible for Sales & Marketing.
